Mexican Churro Ice Cream Boat

Welcome back to Friday Dessert !! This week we are covering a caliente country. Mexico is one of the top country with the most tourists flocking every year for a fun vacation and a chance to try their authentic food. 

We all love treating ourselves with a delicious ice cream after dinner, so what about trying Churro Ice Cream Boats !! Sounds yummy right !

Ingredients: 
churro Bites

• 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter divided
•  1 pinch salt
•  1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar divided
•  1/3 cup water
•  1/3 cup all-purpose flour
•  1 egg
•  1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•  1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon ground

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon ground
  •  1 quart vanilla ice cream
  •  1 pkg Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Taco Boats
  •  2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  •  2 tbsp granulated sugar
  •  chocolate syrup for topping (optional)
