Japanese Breakfast !

What does a Japanese Breakfast look like?

People are familiar with some Japanese foods like Sushi, Teriyaki, or Sashimi. They are very delicious, but we do not eat them in the morning. Very few people know what Japanese people eat during the morning time. Do you have the same question? If so, let me reveal it for you.

A Japanese breakfast usually has five courses. It is a lot, but they are small dishes. First dish that, Life Where I'm From introduces is the TAMAGOYAKI (Japanese Omelette) by grilling the mixed eggs and a little bit of milk and make it roll. You would have to roll it very softly in order to not break it. Second, is MISO SHIRO (Miso Soup). Then put spinach, tofu, fish broth flakes and fermented soybean paste (Miso) into the boiled water. Thirdly, you add the TAKO-SANUINA, which is a mini sausage but octopus style. Fourth is rice. Last dish is NATTO. It is a mix of fermented soybean and soy souse and fish broth. You need to mix them until they become a white color.

The above five dishes are what a Japanese eats in the morning, I like them. What about you?
